Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Criteria:
   An order will be automatically cancelled under the following circumstances:

• If the product is out of stock (OOS).
• If no contact is established with the customer within seven (7) days of placing the order.
• For any other unforeseen reasons that prevent the order from being processed or fulfilled.

1. Prepaid Orders:
   In the event of a cancellation of a prepaid order, a full refund will be processed within three (3) business days following the cancellation.
2. Notification:
   Customers will be notified via email or phone about the cancellation and the status of their refund, where applicable.
3. Exceptions:
   Orders that are part of special promotions or sales events may be subject to different cancellation or refund timelines, which will be clearly communicated during the purchase process.
4. Contact Information:
   Customers are encouraged to ensure their contact information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid delays or cancellation due to lack of communication
